This is the biggest news, as we are very excited to announce that we’re switch from Photon to a new networking engine called Bolt. Its current status is still beta, but so far it has been proved to be a very solid and to be the best choice for a networking engine. Continue reading

Multiplayer Update 2

 

Coming at you with another Project Vaulderie update. This video includes demo of synchronized network animations, a very early version of the Obfuscate ability, proof of concept for shooting out lights to increase stealth modifier, basic chat functionality, and a word or two about Global Masquerade System in MP. That’s right, the Masquerade extends to everyone in the game, one vampire messes up and it puts more pressure on everyone…

 

Don’t worry about individuals messing up your game though, the repeat offenders ALWAYS get beat down first… And the rest can work at restoring some of the lost points through tasks.
